Known for her ability to transform ideas into coverage and experiences into meaningful engagement, Pamela specializes in media relations, high-touch event management, thought leadership development, influencer and celebrity alignment, and brand storytelling. She has spent her career working at the intersection of lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, design, entertainment, consumer goods, and executive visibility, including C suite and B2B thought leadership programs that position founders and leaders as trusted industry voices.
Pamela’s approach is rooted in both creativity and precision. She is recognized for her strength in securing top-tier media coverage, architecting signature events and experiential programs, and developing integrated PR strategies that connect clients with the right journalists, tastemakers, partners, paid opportunities and supporters. Her work spans product launches, executive profiling, experiential activations, red carpets, brand collaborations, and large-scale cultural moments, always with an emphasis on impact, clarity, and measurable results.
As Co-Founder, Pamela oversees PRop’s growing team and guides the strategic direction of client work across all service areas. She ensures a high standard of excellence across media relations, events, partnerships, and executive visibility while leading the team through every phase of brand growth.

Lexie is a seasoned communications and advertising professional who brings a powerful blend of media buying, advertising strategy, and public relations expertise to her role as Director at PRop Publicity. With extensive experience planning and executing paid media campaigns, negotiating advertising placements, and optimizing spend for maximum reach and engagement, Lexie has a sharp understanding of how paid, earned and owned media channels intersect and how to leverage them together to amplify brand stories and drive real impact.
At PRop, Lexie leads integrated campaigns that combine traditional PR, digital advertising, and media buying, helping clients expand their reach, boost brand awareness, and convert visibility into growth. She works closely with clients to craft narrative-driven campaigns that secure media placements while ensuring those placements are strengthened through strategic ad spend and amplification. This creates a cohesive ecosystem where every piece of coverage is maximized.
Her background in advertising gives her a unique advantage. She understands how to secure coverage and build buzz, and she also knows how to target the right audiences, measure performance, evaluate KPIs, and optimize campaigns over time. This data and strategy driven mindset allows her to align PR efforts with business goals, ensuring that publicity is not only about visibility but also about measurable results.
As Director, Lexie oversees major client campaigns from conception through execution, guiding media buying, advertising strategy, and PR integration. She brings a collaborative leadership style to the PRop team, building cross-disciplinary workflows, coordinating media and advertising partners, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and delivers against client objectives.

Ethan is a Co-Founder of PRop and Partner of PRop Affiliate, The Maeson Group, where he leads business development, client engagement, and sourcing for the Maeson Group, through his experience which ranges from capital raising and introduction for funds, direct companies, and research products to talent recruiting. Before co-founding Maeson, Ethan founded ESK Management, which was an outsourced business development and relationship management firm helping investment management companies, broker-dealers, and product and service providers to augment their existing sales and marketing efforts. In addition, ESK provided recruiting services and capital raising resources. Prior to founding ESK, Ethan was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he covered emerging and established fundamental long/short equity hedge funds. He began his career in the Private Client Services group at Lehman Brothers. Ethan is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is Series 7, 66, and 63 licensed.

Ryan is a Partner of PRop Affiliate, The Maeson Group, where he leads business development and distribution for the Maeson Group, leveraging his experience which ranges from capital raising and business development to accounting and operations. Prior to co-founding Maeson, Ryan helped build and consult for a number of successful firms and funds at various stages of development. He was previously a Vice President in the Capital Services Group at Credit Suisse Securities, where he worked with over one hundred hedge fund firms to advise and assist in their business development and capital raising efforts. Prior to Credit Suisse, Ryan was a Senior Analyst at Concord Management, a family office, where he sourced investment opportunities and performed investment research and due diligence on hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment vehicles. Prior to his work at Concord, Ryan was the Controller for Forester Capital. Ryan is a CPA and began his career at PwC. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and is Series 7, 65, and 63 licensed.

Austin is a Partner of PRop Affiliate, The Maeson Group, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and manages the sales and distribution efforts of the Maeson Group. Austin started his first company in 2001 and has since worked with a number of companies to create growth through direct sales and distribution, business development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to co-founding Maeson, he was the director of Sales and Business Development at Caissa, a multi-asset class exposure aggregation service for institutional investors, where he built and led the sales and business development teams. Prior to Caissa, Austin was the Director of Sales and Strategic Alliances for Pingtone Communications where he created and executed the firm’s sales strategy and helped facilitate its sale to Fusion Telecom in 2015. Austin has also held positions as a West Coast Director of Sales at Conde Nast, and as a Sales Executive at New York Life. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and American University's Kogod School of Business and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Aaron is a Partner of PRop Affiliate, The Maeson Group, where he runs the operations of Maeson which include distribution, syndicate efforts, client onboarding, and client servicing. Prior to joining Maeson, he was the Director of Manager Research at Old City Investment Partners, a firm focused on identifying high-quality alternative investment sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors. There, he managed alternative investment due diligence, client relationships, and certain of the firm's syndication efforts. In addition, Aaron previously worked as an Operations Analyst for a commodity trading fund. He graduated from Muhlenberg College; has held the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
